"I ordered a few things from RONA..."
I ordered a few things from RONA for a small bathroom repair, the quality surprised me in a good way. I was kind of expecting basic, cheap-feeling stuff, but nothing felt flimsy or like it was going to fall apart the second I used it.
Everything showed up in good condition and did what it was supposed to do. So yeah, I’m happy with the order. Not exactly life-changing, obviously, but for bathroom fix-up supplies, it was a solid experience and I’d probably order from them again.

"Okay prices if you catch a sale"
Some of the deals are actually decent, especially when there’s a sale going on... but the regular prices feel a bit high to me. I’ve also had promo codes not work for the stuff I actually wanted, which is kind of frustrating...

"Way better service than I expected"
The staff were really helpful today. Compared to some places where you end up waiting around forever, they got to me quickly and made everything super easy. it was a much smoother experience than I usually expect with customer service.

"Pretty quick pickup"
My order was ready the next day, which was a nice surprise. I stopped by the desk and only waited a few minutes before they had it for me, so it all worked out easily.

"Delivery got here eventually"
I ordered from Rona.ca and the delivery ended up showing up two days later than expected. Kind of annoying since I had moved some stuff around in the garage to make space, but the driver did call ahead, which I appreciated. Everything arrived in one piece, no dents or missing bits, so that was a relief. Not a terrible experience, just wouldn’t say it felt super dependable

"I tried returning something through RONA the..."
I tried returning something through RONA the whole thing just felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept getting different answers from customer service, and the refund took so long that I started wondering what was even going on. I had to check in more than once just to get any kind of clear update. It was one of those experiences that just feels unnecessarily stressful. I’m definitely going to be more cautious about ordering online from them again.
